Busy staff!

The hotel had a magnificent and beautiful location right at Gerats Ski Lift. It was also next to the outskirts of Flaine, the slope and a free taxi. There was nice food, the staff was excellent and efficient.

The hotel of choice in Flaine. Beautiful place, fabulous and fantastic staff. Cool and super location on a restaurant up by the Spar shop in a good area. Excellent unit with old thick carpets full of dust.

Overall had very pleasant stay for 7 nights. Location: the hotel was really close to green slopes and schools as well as pubs are located. We found everything excellent, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Fresh bread and pastries provided. Well furnished units with comfy bedrooms. Great and stunning location in the quiet area, very close to the slope, centre of town and the ski area by a green run. Besides, easy access to Gerats Ski Lift.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The apartment was well-appointed with modern amenities such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, and a bathroom with a bath. The separate toilet was a convenient feature. The presence of TVs in both the lounge and bedroom, with a variety of international channels, including several British ones, was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to skiing, either through ski-in/ski-out or a short walk into town. The free ski bus stop was conveniently situated opposite the hotel. The underground car park, although at an extra cost, was a great option to keep my car snow-free and even had a charge point for Tesla drivers. The hotel's gym and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were excellent additions. The private storage locker for ski equipment was convenient, and the starter kit provided with tea, coffee, and other essentials was a thoughtful touch.

Everything was spot on.

The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. There was more than enough space for 2 people.

The units were great-sized and well furnished with a mountain view. The location is magnificent and amazing in a such beautiful area, near to many ski resorts, and shops and pubs are located.

The room is slightly cramped.

The location was cool and the room was clean. I tried some drinks at bar L'eloge, located 20 minutes walk away.

Loved our rooms with old thick carpets full of dust. The staff was very nice and pleasant and responsive to requests. Besides, the location was marvellous and magnificent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Aujon. There was a nice restaurant, the main shopping centre and supermarkets next door.

I have stayed here before and it met every demand. The place was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean. It was in a remote location, down the mountains. Had lunch/dinner at Sucre Sale, which I found relatively near the hotel.
